Requirements

  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Attributes: High level of integrity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adjust to a flexible work environment, including overtime, travel, and weekends.


Responsibilities
  • Sales & Lead Generation: Generate quality leads, update potential investor databases, and meet monthly sales targets and tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.
  • Client Advisory: Counsel buyers on investment opportunities, ROI, mortgages, and project features.
  • Transaction Management: Prepare purchase agreements, coordinate property closings, and oversee the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
  • Site Support: Accompany buyers during property visits to advise on suitability and value.
  • Strategy & Meetings: Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and decide on improvement strategies.
  • After-Sales: Ensure proper after-sales support and services are provided to clients.
