Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backups
- Manage user accounts, email systems, and access controls
- Maintain IT assets and documentation
- Support ERP, business applications, and office technology systems
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2–5 years' experience in an IT support or systems administration role
- Knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and cybersecurity principles
- Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and business applications
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- Relevant IT certifications are an added advantage
