  • Proven experience in launching successful FinTech products with a strong user focus.

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth strategy
  • Conduct thorough market research and user research to identify customer needs and opportunities for product innovation.
  • Define product vision, strategy, and features for consumer and SME banking products (savings, loans, earned wage access).
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product vision into high-quality, user-friendly products.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle, including product ideation, prioritization, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Own the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and efficient resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement a robust product analytics strategy to measure product performance and user engagement
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead product efforts for the company's expansion into new African markets, tailoring offerings to specific regional needs.
