- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth strategy
- Conduct thorough market research and user research to identify customer needs and opportunities for product innovation.
- Define product vision, strategy, and features for consumer and SME banking products (savings, loans, earned wage access).
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product vision into high-quality, user-friendly products.
- Manage the product development lifecycle, including product ideation, prioritization, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Own the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and efficient resource allocation.
- Develop and implement a robust product analytics strategy to measure product performance and user engagement
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
