Minimum Requirements

• 3–6 years in digital, growth, or performance marketing, or marketing technology.
  

• Hands-on with CRM and automation platforms (Zoho CRM/Campaigns/Forms, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Make) — Zoho experience especially desirable.
  

• Strong analytics skills (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools).
  

• Strong AI fluency and a systems-thinking mindset.
  

• Proven experience executing digital campaigns and growth initiatives.
  

• Highly analytical, organised, proactive, and results-oriented.
  

• Execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across channels, and manage email marketing and automation workflows.
  

• Run paid advertising campaigns and optimise funnels, conversion rates, and return on investment.
  

• Manage and optimise CRM systems (Zoho especially), and build workflows, lead-capture systems, and dashboards.
  

• Manage websites and landing pages; track KPIs, traffic, and conversions, and report with recommendations.
  

• Implement AI-powered marketing systems and automate repetitive marketing activities.
