  • The Customer Fleet Officer at Dangote Group will be responsible for managing and coordinating the movement of cement products to customers, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the loading and dispatch of cement products to customers according to their orders and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure accurate recording of the dispatch details, including quantities, vehicle information, and delivery times.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their deliveries and address any concerns or issues raised.
  • Monitor the performance of the fleet and drivers, and take appropriate actions to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and logistics department to ensure smooth coordination of delivery operations.
  • Resolve any delivery-related complaints or disputes, and work towards maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during delivery operations.
