- A professionally qualified maintenance operations Engineer with a University Degree (BSc or equivalent) in Engineering.
- Maintenance & Integrity Engineering professional of at least 8 years’ experience - a substantial portion of which must have been spent in performing and supervising maintenance activity in the field.
- Knowledge of production operations and Effective interpersonal & team skills.
- Analytical mind and ability to apply constituent of management system to asset (plan, execute, measure, review feedback).

Job Description
- Managing a team of maintenance technicians, planning and scheduling preventive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment failures, coordinating repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing maintenance processes to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
