Description
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc. in Science related course or Engineering.
- Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt or Organizational Excellence.
- Minimum of 3 years cognate experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive implementation of Continuous Process Improvement activities using Lean Six Sigma tools.
- Collect and Analyse performance metrics data
- Lead Root Cause Analysis within Plant/Mill.
- Transfer OpEx competencies to Mill leadership and team members
- Ensure Process Improvement activities are sustained, and standards adhered to
- Drive Daily Operational Reviews With the support of the Mill leadership team
- Facilitate Weekly Technical Performance Review for East & West Mills
- Facilitate Weekly Technical Performance Review for Headhouse
- Audit shop floor on 5S
