Description
Qualifications & Experience
-
B.Sc. in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline.
-
CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI certification.
-
Minimum 5–7 years HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.
Responsibilities
-
Capability Development Strategy: Develop and execute a multi-year capability roadmap for Manufacturing, Technical, HSE & Quality units across the FMN Verticals in alignment with corporate strategic goals.
-
Learning Program Design & Delivery: Design and manage structured learning journeys (technical academies, certification programs, apprenticeships, and on-the-job learning).
-
Operational Excellence & Capability Assessment: Develop and manage technical competency matrices and skill gap analyses across all Manufacturing sites.
-
Leadership & Technical Pipeline Development: Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Plant Managers to identify high-potential technical talents for accelerated development.

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance: Build partnerships with OEMs, technical institutions, and professional bodies for co-delivery of certification and training programs.
