Minimum requirements:
3-year appropriate tertiary qualification, i.e. B Tech: Mech or Electrical BSc Mech or Electrical
South African Department of Labour issued Government Certificate of Competence
Minimum 7 years' experience in a FMCG environment
Direct impact is in reducing the overall cost of ZBB Maintenance package in the supply operations, whilst improving safety, reliability and quality of our products. Also directly impacts the VIC cost's negatively if usages are out of control
Responsibilities
- Maintain safe healthy and risk-free working environment
- Manage Human Resources
- Ensure manufacturing systems and instrumentation integrity
- Ensure engineering standards compliance
- Leads the maintenance strategy as per VPO-Maintenance Pillar
- Manage all site projects
- Manage financial performance
- Manage identified VA & SWEEP Initiatives
- Business Continuity & Risk Management
- Manage Safety, Upholding (UPP) and Cost CAPEX portfolios
- Manage the operational requirements of the brewery Environmental function
