Key Duties and Responsibilities



• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Receive, issue, and record stock movements promptly.

• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliations.

• Investigate and report stock variances or discrepancies.

• Update inventory data and prepare inventory reports.

• Ensure proper storage and identification of materials.

• Support internal and external stock audits.

• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and dispatch teams on stock requirements.

• Maintain compliance with inventory control procedures and HSE standards.

• Ensure good housekeeping within inventory storage areas.



Education and Work Experience


• Education: Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• Work Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or stock management.

• Experience in stock reconciliation, auditing, and inventory reporting is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems (ERP is an advantage).

• Strong understanding of inventory control principles and procedures.

• Knowledge of warehouse and storage procedures.

• Data entry accuracy and record-keeping.

• Proficiency in Excel and inventory/ERP systems.

• Understanding of audit and stock-taking processes.

• Knowledge of HSE and safe storage practices.

• Reporting and documentation skills.

• Attention to detail and organizational ability.
