Qualifications & Experience:
➢A Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Economics, Finance or a related discipline from an accredited university.
➢Understanding of the concepts and methodologies of micro-lending, and revolving funds.
➢Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including government entities, foundations, and financial institutions.
➢Proficiency in financial analysis software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office tools and reporting software.
➢Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
➢Very good presentation and report writing skills clearly and concisely.
➢A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in loan management or finance related field.
Responsibilities
➢Oversee the daily operations of the Revolving Loan Fund, ensuring efficient fund disbursement and utilization by eligible entrepreneurs.
➢Monitor the financial health and cash flow of the fund, preparing reports to track performance against benchmarks and projections.
➢Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the Standard Chartered Foundation, government agencies, and other financial institutions.
➢Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts related to the Revolving Loan Fund.
