- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7–10 years’ sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience managing regional sales operations and distributor networks.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
