Requirements

  • First degree in any related discipline - in Science, Engineering or Art & Business-related degrees
  • Certifications in Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, Certified scrum practitioner, PMI etc will be an added advantage
  • Fluent in English
Experience:
6-13 years’ experience which includes:
  • 6+ years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 4 years in an agile role (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Manager).
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and experience with agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering multiple, high-impact agile projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.


Responsibilities
  • Plan resources for agile teams defining responsibilities and scope of work for each team member.
  • Conduct a post implementation review and documentation and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Scrum Masters, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional development.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments, provide feedback, and identify growth and training opportunities for team members.
  • Facilitate agile skill development, encouraging Scrum Masters to pursue certifications, advanced training, and stay current on industry best practices.
  • Oversee the activities of Scrum Masters, ensuring alignment with agile best practices, effective facilitation of ceremonies, and resolution of impediments.
  • Provide guidance on complex agile challenges, such as cross-team dependencies, scope management, and stakeholder engagement, enabling Scrum Masters to address these effectively.
  • Promote the effective use of agile tools and metrics to track progress, improve processes, and optimize team performance.
  • Lead initiatives to assess and improve agile maturity across teams, using data and feedback to enhance agile processes continuously.
