Maintain a record of all new vehicles delivered to the premises
Maintain documentation detailing all setup-related processes from delivery to activation
Responsible for the timely setup of vehicles
Responsible for all processes from the initial delivery of vehicles until the vehicle is activated
Liaise with required 3rd party contractors to handle painting, branding, and other required processes to ensure vehicles are set up promptly.
Liaise with the Documentation team to ensure that Vehicle plate numbers, insurance, and other documentation are delivered appropriately to ensure timely activation
Responsible for following up the setup process until the vehicle is activated
Upload the accurate vehicle details into VAMS as soon as the vehicles are delivered into the facility and subsequently until the vehicle is ready for activation
Sort and arrange for vehicles that are designated for other locations and follow up delivery until the vehicles are delivered correctly.
Manage and maintain a record of all vehicle VINs upon delivery
Strong interpersonal and communication(written and oral) skills
Good understanding of Inventory Control principles and practices
Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace
Good understanding of fleet management
Critical and Analytical thinking
Accuracy and Attention to detail
Confidentiality and Thoroughness.
