Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho, etc.)

  • Basic knowledge of financial regulations and tax principles

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks


Responsibilities
  • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in accounting software

  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

  • Process invoices, payments, and expense claims

  • Support payroll preparation and statutory deductions where required

  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations

  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities

  • Prepare documentation for audits and liaise with auditors when necessary

  • Maintain organized financial records and filing systems
