Job Description

  • Analyzing current and past financial data and providing strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Some experience working as a Business Development Officer or similar role.
  • Research the market for identifying new business opportunities.
  • Explain to prospective clients about the advantages of the products or services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals.
  • Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely fashion.
  • Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
  • Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
  • Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects, and presentations.
  • Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate a high volume of prospective clients.
  • Determine cross-selling opportunities among different units within the group.
  • Handle business development strategy including targeting, prospecting, and presenting compelling business propositions.
  • Gather potential client background information including company history, recent market, competitors, key decision-makers, and other crucial information to better understand prospective clients.
  • Originate new clients for the company and originate new work from existing clients for the company.
  • Create and build profitable and successful relationships with clients by marketing and cross-selling of the company products.
