Description
- Order Processing: Manage the sales process from order placement to delivery, ensuring seamless coordination with internal departments and logistics partners.
- Customer Support: Provide after-sales support by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the 3W models, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and advantages of 3W, persuading potential customers to make a purchase.
- Quotations and Proposals: Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations and proposals for customers, ensuring timely follow-up to secure sales.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms of sale and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
