- Developing new business opportunities and expanding brand presence for improved revenue generation.
- Own the development of key strategic initiatives to give shape to new opportunities by applying rigorous fact-based logic, analytics and business smarts to identify key value drivers and lay the groundwork for success
- Champion new opportunities across the organization, working collaboratively to identify critical business needs and remove key roadblocks
- Responsible for managing existing pertinent partnerships that drives sales, and develop new ones that will strategically impact positively on Kongas’ revenue targets
- As a key member of the business strategy team, develop and maintain an understanding of targeted markets, products and customers.
- Support the broader organization to ensure revenue retention and organic growth of assigned territories.
- Identify, engage and maintain relationships with key influencers/decision makers through active customer involvement and strategic OEM engagement
- As a commercial focused responsibility, work with all SBUs on pricing, utilizing several modalities to manage and control for profitability
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams to achieve new product planning for the business.
