- A Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc/BA) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

- Conducting trade visits for coaching and market insights a minimum of 8 times per month.
- Developing and optimizing the distribution network to enhance Net Numeric Distribution.
- Taking responsibility for trade investments to ensure desired business return on investment.
- Delivering weekly performance presentations to Sales Managers or Management for informed decision-making.
