Finishing Engineer

• Supervise finishing works including tiling, painting, false ceiling, plastering, and screeding.
• Read and interpret drawings, BOQs, specifications, and site instructions.
• Supervise subcontractors and monitor site progress.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure proper workmanship and material standards.
• Coordinate with the project team to resolve site issues and meet project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with site safety practices and project requirements.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in the construction industry — mandatory.
• Must have hands-on experience in construction finishing works.
• Good knowledge of tiling, painting, false ceiling, and general finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.
• Strong site supervision, coordination, and quality-control skills.
