- Hands-on experience running multiple Google Ads accounts for US home services lead generation.
- Strong Google Ads skills.
- Conversion tracking experience: GTM, call tracking (CallRail or similar), conversion actions, and offline uploads.
- Comfort setting up local and geo targeting.
- Self-managing.
Responsibilities
- Manage Google Ads across multiple accounts.
- Build and optimize campaigns to get the most leads at the lowest cost.
- Manage ad spend against monthly budgets for each account.
- Research keywords, review search terms, and keep negative keyword lists clean.
- Create and test responsive search ads with a strong mix of headlines.
- Keep campaign assets up to date: sitelinks, callouts, structured snippets, call assets, images and promotions.
- Own conversion tracking. Make sure each account fires its own tags. Manage call tracking (CallRail).
- Check GTM. Handle offline conversion uploads.
- Confirm what is and isn't counting as a real conversion.
- Set and check geo and ZIP targeting for each market, including areas to leave out.
- Compare ad spend against closed jobs to judge lead quality.
- Report results in plain language with clear next steps.
