Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • MBA (completed or in view)

Relevant Experience & Functional / Technical Skills Critical to the Role

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in a marketing position, with a focus on product development.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills
  • Strong knowledge of structured Query Language(SQL) and PowerBI.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Sets high personal standards and is goal oriented
  • Excellent communications skills, both orally and in writing
  • Excellent presentation skills


Responsibilities

Data Revenue, Usage and Retention

  • Utilize data insights and market research to understand consumer behavior and preferences, and inform future programs and promotions
  • Monitor usage patterns to develop and implement effective growth strategies
  • Track the customer lifecycle and capabilities to drive ARPU growth

Customer Analysis

  • Conduct analysis of customer behavior
  • Analyze usage patterns, including both individual and aggregate consumption
  • Monitor and track the relationship between paid data and bonus data usage
  • Map customers to defined data segment profiles and categories

Reporting

  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly Campaign Performance reports and management report
  • Adhoc analysis on data products
  • Monitor KPIs of the Data Segment and analyze data to generate new ideas on product modification

Product Development and Support

  • Drive the launch of data products across all customer segments to increase penetration and boost revenue growth
  • Develop and implement new trade-focused products and initiatives, leveraging benchmarking and best practice sharing across zones
  • Manage the end-to-end technical development of products
  • Serve as the functional subject matter expert throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing performance tracking
  • Create documentation and deliver training to support teams

Special Product/Promo Management

  • Successfully execute promotional campaigns to achieve desired outcomes
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of special products in collaboration with multiple stakeholders

Business Analysis

  • Analyze the relationship between data usage, customer retention, and marketing campaigns
  • Identify key drivers influencing usage patterns and inactivity trends among data customers
  • Conduct environmental scanning to assess and report how external factors impact data usage trends
