Manager - Radio Frequency Optimization

Education and Experience Requirements

• First degree in Elect/Elect, Computer Sc./Engineering or Project Management
  
• Formal Project Management certification or training would be an advantage.
  
• Fluent in English
  

• Experience working in a medium organization.
  
• Experience in a Radio and Microwave Projects delivery
  
• Experience in operations or planning background in Telecommunications.
  
• Project Management certification experience
  
• High Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Usage
  

• Plan resources for assigned projects, defining responsibilities and scope of work for each team member.
  
• Conduct a post implementation review and documentation and follow up on outstanding items.
  
• Manage documentation process, ensuring completeness and easy referral to project documents.
  
• Manage the Optimization vendors to continually achieve excellent performance of the service-level-agreed KPIs.
  
• Manage the deployment of new features on the network for coverage, capacity and quality management.
  
• Manage hardware re-shuffling and re-distribution for efficient traffic handling and congestion management.
  
• Manage parameter baseline integrity and ensure routine parameter audit and alignment.
  
• Manage special events and demographic changes traffic dynamics for capacity and quality assurance.
  
• Managing customer complaints and guide other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
  
• Conduct routine actions to clean up the radio environment for quality improvement objectives.
  
• Manage the assigned radio network spectrum for maximum efficiency and best quality of service guarantee.
  
• Manage the radio network nodes hardware capacity assurance and license dimensioning.
  
• Manage the radio network elements software version upgrade, trial and commissioning of new features.
