- To ensure the overall running of office operations smoothly.
- Proper management of all staff affairs.
- Ensure the right orders are delivered to clients in a timely manner.
- Ensure all staff meet up with company's expectations and compliance with KPI.
- Expand sales through creating new marketing strategies.
- Maintains sanity and order of all staff.
- Draft policies concerning work ethics and enures all staff abide by them.
- Stand in as the middle man between the client and the CEO and builds favourable relationships with customers.
- Uphold brand image and build a team that is ready to do same.
- Take record of daily office activities and give report to the MD.
- Attend meetings with clients on behalf of the CEO and seal business deals.
