Operations Officer

Requirements:

• Qualifications: First degree (2:2 minimum or upper credit) in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or Engineering fields.
  

• Others: Entry-level IT/technical certifications (e.g., ITIL, Scrum Fundamentals, API testing tools) are an added advantage.
  

• Experience: Minimum 3 years post NYSC experience
  

• Support partner onboarding by reviewing basic API specifications and resolving minor issues.

• Participate in user testing, logging bugs, and following up with development teams.

• Maintain and update test scripts for APIs and integration scenarios.

• Create simple documentation for internal process flows and routine tasks.

• Perform basic data analysis and report preparation to support decision-making.

• Monitor project tasks and escalate delays or quality issues.

• Stay informed on relevant tools and technologies applicable to Payarena systems.
