Requirements:
• Minimum of HND, or Bachelor’s degree in: Food Science Technology or related disciplines
• University and Polytechnic graduates are encouraged to apply
• Minimum of 5 years Product Development activities in a Food Company or in similar position in an FMCG company.
• Strong numerical and organizational skills in liaising with flavor houses.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Assist in NPDs for Snacks/Pasta/Oil
- Formulates new recipes in Noodle categories
- Organizes all sensory evaluation tests for all Laboratory scales and factory samples.
- Undertake consumer focus studies, and data analysis
- Administer catering skills for results
- Efficient Sensory Evaluation management
