Job Summary
- As the Regional Sales Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating sales activities within the FMCG retail space to maximize performance across the territories/clusters to meet sales targets.
- You will coordinate sales team leads and agents’ activities and maximize performance across the state in order to meet sales targets.
What you will be doing
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Team Leads and Agents in their region.
- Evaluate, monitor and manage the performance of team leads and agents in their region
- Identify hiring needs, recruit and train new agents & team leads
- Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Develop strategies to drive user acquisition, retention and sales in their region
- Suggest value added services/products that will increase user acquisition and retention
