Requirements / Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any other relevant discipline
  • An MBA or Master’s Degree in any business-related discipline is an added advantage
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in Sales with a minimum of 3 years as a Retail Store (Operation) Manager
  • Proven track record of achieving operational targets and driving business results
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with POS systems and other retail technology solutions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proximity to Festac, Victoria Island, or Lekki is preferred.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple supermarket locations in Festac, Victoria Island, and Lekki
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability and minimize out-of-stock situations
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize store layout, merchandising, and product placement
  • Train and develop store staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Monitor sales performance, expenses, and profit margins to achieve budgetary goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute store initiatives and promotions
  • Conduct regular store inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to standards
  • Prepare and analyze reports on store performance, including sales, inventory, and operational metrics.
