Sales Executive- Mbarara
Description
Key Responsibilities:
Implement sales strategies and action plans for assigned market segments as well as attending trade shows, promotional events, and industry functions to represent the hotel.
Establish and maintain active client accounts and ensure proper documentation plus conduct sales trips, site inspections, and client entertainment to secure business.
Provide market feedback on competition and industry trends as you meet or exceed monthly booking quotas and contribute to achieving budgeted sales goals.
Maintain accurate records in the hotel's PMS system and prepare timely reports and also ensure compliance with hotel standards, health and safety regulations, and corporate code of conduct.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems (PMS).
Willingness to travel and represent the hotel at industry events.
