We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, conducting market surveys, and nurturing relationships with potential clients. They will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and ensuring the company’s CRM system is up to date. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue growth and achieve quarterly sales targets.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue growth and achieve quarterly sales targets.


Requirements

• Proven experience in lead generation, market research, and CRM management.

• Conduct market surveys and discovery meetings with prospective leads to gather relevant information.

• Prepare initial analysis forms for visited leads/opportunities to determine their viability.

• Qualify leads based on specific criteria and provide qualification forms for at least 10 companies per month.

• Create awareness for the company through proposals for engagements and events.

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Participate in end-of-week meetings to review performance, challenges, and plan for the following week.
