EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Diploma or Bachelor of Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Machining technology or any other related discipline,

*Minimum of 2 years significant working experience in molding environment in a large company.

SKILLS & PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED

Strong general management and demonstrated leadership skills,

*Must be good at application of creativity and innovative skills in managing projects,

*should have good analyzing skills as well,

*should be a problem-solver and be able to grasp the problem at hand and take quick steps to resolve it,

*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,

*Good knowledge of press tool molds,

*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Result Areas:

Operate, calibrate and maintain machinery,

*Inspect finished products to ensure quality work,

*Responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process including, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and workflow,

*Work with production personnel to ensure molded components meet requirements as required,

*Provide molded components in a timely manner in order to ensure production and schedules are met,

*Manage raw molding materials in a way that ensures traceability and prevents contamination,

*Generate documentation on molding runs that can be used to control traceability and ensure reproducibility,

*Work with marketing, Quality Control, and Manufacturing departments during concept, prototyping, and release of new products,

*Design and develop new molds, molding processes, techniques, process,

*Eliminate production of defective parts and products,

*Regulate molding temperature, volume, pressure, and time.

WORK CONDITIONS

Plant visits and exposure to varying temperatures, noise, chemical fumes, and dust, *Works for longer hours when required.
