Requirements
a) A Masters in Economics, Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Environmental
Management, Engineering, Governance, Business Administration (Sustainability) or
other related discipline.
b) Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering,
Environmental Sciences, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Social Sciences, or
other relevant degree.
c) Postgraduate Training in ESG/Sustainability related studies would be an added
advantage.
d) Membership to any relevant professional body is an added advantage.
e) At least eight (8) years of relevant experience, four (4) of which attained at a
managerial/ supervisory level in a reputable organisation.
f) Knowledge of frameworks for ESG reporting such as Global Reporting Initiative and
Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive
g) Previous experience or knowledge of ESG performance management and reporting.

1. Lead the formulation, management, and deployment of UNOC’s ESG & Sustainability
Strategy, frameworks, and standards.
2. Develop and implement ESG policies, procedures, and guidelines.
3. Manage and rollout UNOC’s ESG Strategy, to all UNOC’s operations and projects.
4. Manage the development of UNOC’s governing system for ESG performance, and other
emerging regulatory reporting frameworks.
5. Perform internal control, reporting, and trend analysis of ESG data.
6. Develop, maintain, and manage ESG KPIs and monitoring indicators.
7. Consolidate, calculate, and report corporate ESG data to support our response on
internal and external reporting requirements.
8. Monitor and integrate developments in the ESG reporting and regulatory space, and
broader macro ESG issues.
9. Provide ESG advice and consultation to senior management and other business units.
10. Collaborate with external partners, such as rating agencies, NGOs, and industry
associations, on ESG issues.
11. Represent UNOC in external ESG committees and fora.
12. Supervise, appraise, develop, and mentor staff under your line management.
13. Any other duties as may be assigned.
