Duties and
Responsibilities
·
Ready to Adopt for new software technologies and earn
certifications for the related technologies.
·
Engage with stakeholders to comprehensively understand their
requirements and expectations.
·
Transforming software designs and
specifications into high quality, and functional code in the appropriate
programming language.
·
Test code regularly to ensure it
meets specified requirements and promptly address any debugging needs.
·
Perform upgrades to make software and
systems more secure and efficient.
·
Produce fully functional programs by writing
clean, modular, and testable code.
·
Create comprehensive technical
documentation to support end-users and facilitate
seamless system understanding.
·
Proactively suggest new features to improve system navigation and overall functionality.
·
Stay up-to-date with industry
developments, emerging trends, and best
practices in software engineering.
·
Shadow current software
implementation projects and later provide level 1 support.
·
Attend training provided by the
company and earn product certifications in varied software solutions technology
to extend the software resell and implementation opportunities.
·
Contribute to the overall growth
and knowledge-sharing culture within the development team.
·
Ensure that software development
processes adhere to relevant compliance standards and regulations.
·
Actively promote the integration
of DevOps principles through end-to-end automation, covering infrastructure as
code, configuration management, continuous integration, and deployment.
·
Cultivate a culture of
continuous improvement, feedback loops, and shared responsibility to boost the
efficiency and reliability of our software delivery.
