1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
• Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Drive achievement of regional sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor sales performance and develop corrective action plans where targets are not being achieved.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
2. Sales Team Management
• Support recruitment, training and mentorship of sales representatives.
• Set individual and team performance targets.
• Monitor sales performance and productivity.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback and performance evaluations.
• Motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
3. Customer & Key Account Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Identify and develop new corporate and retail customers.
• Address customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate with major clients and support successful deal closure.
4. Sales Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
• Monitor regional sales performance and key sales indicators.
• Analyse sales data and market information to support decision-making.
• Prepare regular regional sales reports for senior management.
5. Market Development
• Identify new territories, customer segments and business opportunities.
• Develop strategies to increase market penetration.
• Work with Marketing to coordinate regional promotional and sales activities.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience and other departments.
• Ensure effective execution of regional sales initiatives.
• Share market intelligence and customer feedback with relevant departments.
Academic & Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ relevant sales experience, preferably in the automotive, motorcycle, power products or related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
• Strong understanding of the automotive/motorcycle market, products and industry trends.
• Experience managing or mentoring sales teams is an added advantage.
