Candidate's Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in general trade/FMCG
Strong understanding of traditional retail channels
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
Computer knowledge – Microsoft office suite
Valid driving license with not less than 3 years' experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and distribution targets

Manage and grow distributor and wholesaler networks, ensuring stock availability

Expand market coverage by onboarding new outlets and strengthening existing ones

Lead, coach, and monitor field sales teams to drive performance

Execute trade promotions and ensure strong in-store visibility and merchandising

Track sales performance, analyze market trends and report insights
