Requirements
- Bachelor's in criminology, Security Management or Risk Management.
- 3+ years' experience in a similar function.
- Experience in Crisis Management, Risk Management, and Compliance background is a must.
- Good business communication and presentation skills .
- Analytical and decision-making abilities .
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Risk and Compliance Manager with developing and implementing Risk and Compliance initiatives.
- Analyse retail data and help prepare action plans to mitigate losses .
- Implement and monitor the use of an integrity hotline within the business .
- Participate in investigations of fraud cases such as employee theft, breach of ethics, corruption and violations of Risk and Compliance policies and recommend resolutions when required.
- Identify potential risks and assist with developing action plans to ensure safe conditions .
- Analyse the results from the risk assessment and prepare the reports for management presentation .
- Assist with updating Risk and Compliance policies and procedures .
- Communicate developed policies and procedures to reduce risk exposure .
