• The ideal applicant must hold a University degree or Diploma in Human Resources, B.A or related fields

• Aged 24-35years

• Experience in specific HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management is valuable. (Minimum 3years)

• Must be a Ugandan Citizen.

• Presentable with good communication skills.

• Proficient with organizational Skills

• Good problem-solving & analytical skills

• Good with inter-personal skills.

• Proper Knowledge of Employment Law. Good Ethical conduct

• Good Leadership skills

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required

• Recruitment and Staffing Handle employee relations

•Performance Management

• To oversee employee training programs Responsible for designing and administering compensation and benefits packages,

• Ensure that the organization complies with relevant employment laws and regulations.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with organizational goals & values. To maintain employee records & performance evaluations.

• To contribute to the development of strategies that support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

• To oversee employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.

• To mediate conflicts between employees or between employees and management.

• To support organizational growth & change by implementing initiatives such as restructuring, mergers, or acquisitions.

• You may be assigned any other duty from time to time.
