Education and Experience

  • Minimum: High School Diploma / Pursuing Graduation (Minimum 12 years of Formal Education)
  • Additional: Graduate or global equivalent preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or service industry
  • Experience in travel, tourism, or visa operations preferred
  • Basic MS Office and typing skills
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills
Responsibilities
  • Application Processing – Review and collect visa applications accurately and efficiently.
  • Customer Support – Handle applicant inquiries professionally via walk-ins, phone, or email.
  • Data Entry & Compliance – Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with SOPs and security standards.
  • Queue & Process Management – Support smooth applicant flow and timely processing during peak hours.
  • Administrative Support – Assist with reporting, logistics, and passport handling activities.
