Person Specifications
- Be a holder of KCSE mean grade D+ and above or its equivalent from a recognized institution;
- Have certificate in HIV Testing Services (HTS);
- Must be resident of the study area-Kisumu County;
- Be fluent in both written and oral English & Swahili languages;
- Proficiency in computer application.
Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of the officer will entail: -
- Recruitment of study participants
- Consent study participants
- Perform finger prick procedures and testing using rapid test device
- Complete study forms accurately and completely
- Data entry onto logbooks, diaries and computer
- Organize collected data and perform simple analysis
- Communicate field matters to supervisor
- Attend study meetings and report on progress of work
- Perform any other duties assigned or delegated by the study management.
