Description
Qualifications
- Applicant must hold minimum of two (2) principle passes at Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education level (UACE), with at least a credit in English language at UCE level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in shifts and stand for long hours.
- High Level of Flexibility & Willingness to learn.
- Ability to perform any duties assigned.
- High level of physical & mental fitness.
- Knowledge of Computer &Ability to operate security systems, emergency equipment & CPR or first aid is of added advantage.

Competent applicants should submit; Application, Resume, Notarized academic transcript / Certificate, Copy of National ID, Certificate of good conduct from Uganda Police (must not be more than 6 months from date of issue), Recommendation letter from LC.1 of place of birth/residence, 2 Reference Letters from reputable persons or institutions.

- Patrolling and monitoring activities on the company’s premises regularly and ensuring that the environment is safe and secure.
- Safeguard staff, goods & property of the company at all times.
- Controlling the entrance and departure of employees, visitors and vehicles according to protocols.
- Vigilance & surveillance to watch out for any disruptions or unlawful activities.
- Record goods/materials entering and leaving the company premises.
- Providing detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred to the Security Officer.
- Responding to emergency alarms and calls of security concerns such as fire, intrusion etc. and informing the relevant authorities
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the security supervisor / officer.
