Description
Requirements:
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: -
- A Minimum of Higher National Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science from an institution recognized by the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technologist and Technician Board (KMLTTB)
- A Registration certificate issued by Kenya Medical Laboratory Technologist and Technician Board (KMLTTB)
- A two (2) year working experience in the relevant field, must be well conversant Microbiology, Parasitology, Hematology, Histology and Immunohematology practicals.
- Proficiency in computer applications in
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare learning materials and carry out instructions and guide learners during practical lessons
- Supporting Medical Laboratory services
- Maintaining Medical Laboratory records
- Sorting, stocking and monitoring inventory
- Complying with rules, regulations and procedures to help maintain a clean and safe Medical Laboratory
- Any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or authorized personnel
