• Device refurbishing and restoration. You'll use computer software to reinstall software, configure settings, and restore phones to factory standards. This isn't just wiping devices—it's ensuring every refurbished phone performs like new for customers who are counting on it for their livelihoods.
  

• Quality inspection and grading. You'll assess functionality, appearance, and battery life before categorizing devices as Grade A, B, or C.
