Sub County Co-Operatives Officer

. Bachelor's Degree in any of the following Disciplines: Co-operative Management, Business Administration, Sociology, Law, Commerce, Entrepreneurship. Management and Organizational Development or Economics (2nd Class Lower Division) or other relevant Degree from a recognized Institution.
ii. Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognized Institution.
iii. Relevant work experience of not less than three (3) years.
iv. Should be a Kenyan Citizen.
v. Have demonstrated Managerial, Administrative and Professional Competence.
vi. Have demonstrated Leadership Skills.
vii. Satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 on Leadership and Integrity.
a) Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigation
b) Clearance Certificate from Higher Education Loans Board (HELB)
c) Tax Compliance Certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA)
d) Clearance from the Ethics &Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)
e) Clearance from Credit Reference Bureau (CRB)

i.    Implementing Co-operative Development activities/programmes.
ii.    Advising Co-operative Societies on proper conduct of meetings.
iii.    Evaluating new and existing Co-operatives Societies.
iv.    Enforcing Co-operative Legislation.
v.    Developing work plans for Co-operative extension services.
