Description
Key Responsibilities
● Assist with recording day-to-day financial transactions.
● Support preparation and organization of invoices, receipts and other
financial documentation.
● Assist with basic reconciliations and record keeping.
● Support tracking of payments, expenses and other transactions.
● Assist with filing and maintaining accurate financial records.
● Support preparation of basic financial reports as required.
● Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling financial information.
● Provide general administrative support to the finance function.
Preferred Background
● Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a
related field.
● Basic understanding of accounting principles.
● Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet
applications.
● Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
