Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: -
- Bachelor's degree in:
- Business Administration
- Public Administration
- Education Management
- Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Business Administration
- Professional administrative or management certification is an added advantage.
- 3-5 years of administrative or office management experience.
- Experience in managing an educational institution, training center, college campus, or branch office is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience supervising staff and coordinating daily operations.
- Experience handling budgets, procurement, and record management.
