Description
This role is responsible for supporting crude receipt, offloading, inventory control,documentation management, reconciliation preparation, and operational reporting activities atKPRL.The role provides operational and administrative support to the Operations Superintendent,ensuring accurate records, timely reporting, document control, and coordination of routineoperational activities while maintaining compliance with approved procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
• Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration,
Operations Management, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in depot operations, inventory control, logistics
administration, stock management, or operational reporting.
• Experience in oil & gas, fuel logistics, terminal operations, or similar operational
environments is preferred.
• Experience in documentation control, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
Skills & Competencies
• Documentation and records management.
• Inventory reporting and reconciliation support.
• Strong analytical and data management capability.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Reporting and database management skills.
