Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years in retail category management, with 5+ years in beauty/cosmetics
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
Analytical strength and experience with data tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics)
Familiarity with beauty tech and digital retail, plus a future-focused mindset on sustainability
