Description

We’re looking for a Senior IT Helpdesk Analyst to provide on-site and remote support for hardware, software, network configurations, Office 365, VoIP, and business applications. You'll manage incidents, troubleshoot complex issues, and support users—including C‑levels—with strong communication and advanced technical skills.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Configure OS, drivers, BitLocker, EDR, .NET, Java, VPNs
  • Install and support advanced business apps
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues
  • Manage IT assets and ticket documentation
  • Act as IT POC for small branches
  • Provide remote support via chat/calls

  • College degree or higher
  • Based in Kenya (Nairobi or Remote)

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, electrical, network, and accessory issues.
  • Manage IT asset assignment and documentation.
  • Diagnose complex network issues using monitoring tools and OSI Model.
  • Support equipment movement and setups across locations.
  • Handle ticket documentation and closure in the ITSM system.
  • Act as the primary IT point of contact for small branches or accounts.
  • Provide remote assistance to users, customers, and C-levels via chat, call, and corporate channels.
