Description
The Payroll Specialist will oversee and process various monthly Time & attendance and Company data in a timely, and accurate manner in accordance with the payroll processing calendar and deadlines for the Company’s payroll(s).
Maintaining the time & attendance system & data
Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and preparing data for payroll processing.
Answering calls and responding to emails pertaining to Payroll and its function
Maintaining the payroll mailbox.
Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests.
Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures and reporting based on this.
Maintain employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Other administrative duties.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

- Finance/HR/Payroll/Administrative Qualification (Advantageous)
- Previous data/Information Management or Administrative Experience (Essential)
- Proven Payroll or Time & Attendance Experience (Advantageous)
- Intermediate MS Office Experience (Essential)
- Intermediate – Advanced Excel Experience (Essential)
